History
October 1941 Established as a metal heat treating company.
March 1942 Company incorporated; heat treatment of military items begins under supervision of, and in cooperation with, Kure Naval Arsenal and Kawasaki Aircraft.
August 1945 With end of war, operation turns to heat treatment of civilian items, including heat treatment of iron, steel, and various types of machinery parts.
March 1948 Industrial electrical furnaces installed and capitalization increased to 500,000 yen.
March 1955 Sales of first domestic industrial-scale gas nitriding processing begin.
March 1961 As demand for iron and steel materials increases, plans are formulated to install large-scale heat treatment furnaces.
Capitalization increased to 3.5 million yen.
October 1963 Headquarters plant is expanded.
April 1964 Capitalization increased to 5.5 million yen.
March 1967 Capitalization increased to 20 million yen.
Sept. 1969 Observation tour conducted to study metal heat treatment in Europe and U.S.
Oct. 1970 Six vacuum heat treatment furnaces of various types purchased from C. I. Hayes of the U.S. and installed.

May 1974 First domestic vacuum cementation furnace and patent acquired.
April 1976 Site purchased for plant in Miki City, Hyogo Prefecture.

Largest gas-cooled vacuum heat treatment furnace in Japan purchased from ABAR Co. of the U.S. and installed.
