A Word From the President
| In recent years, with the growing need for the development of
new materials and for products of various materials with more sophisticated
functionality, heat processing has become increasingly diverse in
both its hardware and software applications, and it has become necessary
to meet a broader spectrum of user needs. Ever since we were first established in 1941, we have been building our technical resources, adding to our equipment and facilities, and striving for higher product quality assurance. Looking back, we introduced vacuum heat treatment technology and initiated heat processing of various types of materials in the 1970s. In the 1980s, as the industrial world moved towards higher quality levels, we kept pace by establishing an organizational structure that assured a stable supply of high-grade products. Over the years, it has been our mission to stay in stride with the manufacturing industry and provide what is needed. In the 1990s, we took a close look at our technology, our equipment and facilities, and our customers' needs, and we acquired a license for MIM (Metal Injection Molding), a new method of material processing. Geared with the latest available technology and methods, we launched ourselves into a new era in the 21st century. At Osaka Yakin Kogyo, our ongoing commitment is to continue providing our customers with the outstanding material heat treatment technology that meets their precise needs. |
