• Place of employment: the Miki Plant of Osaka Yakin Kogyo Co., Ltd.
• Fields: Manufacturing, engineering, quality control, sales, etc. (employee's wishes and aptitudes taken into consideration when assignments are made)
• Working hours: 8:30 to 5:30
• Days off: Saturday and Sundays, New Year's holidays and summer vacation (total days off in 2004: 115), annual paid vacation days
• Starting salary: As specified by Osaka Yakin Kogyo Co., Ltd.
• Allowances: Housing allowance, commuting allowance, overtime work pay, others
• Salary increases: Once a year
• Bonuses: Twice a year (July and December)
• Other: Dormitory available for unmarried employees
